Default Question: changing stock wheels to aftermarket

Hi, Im in the market for changing my stock rims to aftermarket.
I read all those sticky thread for 5 hrs and it help me to figure out what size of rims and tires ima gonna get (tnx to nebster and others)..
But this one thread concerns me.. its about the tire sensor..

To all those who changed their wheels/tires to aftermarket. What did you do with that sensor?

you either take the sensors out of your old wheels and tires and put them in the new ones, buy new sensors and put them in the new ones or get over it and drive around with the warning light on.

Do not worry about the sensors what ever shop that is doing the tires will take care of the sensors for you.

if you need to buy new sensors the shop will also reprogram it IF they have the scanner tool. otherwise they will send u to the dealer.

all in all. its just a tire light. =)
( its annoying as FUH tho.)
