Will it be better if i leave this to a professional or can it be done?
Also, will i need to do a whole new wheel alignment for the rears after i do the camber adjustment?
Currently, it's at -4 and I want to go to -1. Let me know guys. thx!

The stock arms are adjustable and you can get a good amount of adjustment out of them.
There are eccentric bolts in them (you loosen the nut, turn the eccentric) for adjusting camber.
And see your other thread, I answered some of your questions there. I would be worried first about the horribly unsafe-one strut bolt setup that crappy shop left you with up there. I wouldnt even drive it that way until it was fixed.
But again, you adjust camber, then you re-set toe.

what i did see though, was him shaving off some of the metal from the coilover to make the fitment right, which i was worried. but i double checked and everything is really tighten up and seems safe

by the way, so after adjusting the camber of the rears, should i do another wheel alignment or will it be ok

Doesnt sound like you even went to an alignment shop really. You would be hard pressed to find an alignment shop that uses manual camber and toe gauges. If they used an alignment machine, they should be able to print out the settings when it was done.
At minimum toe should be checked in the rears after you adjust other settings. How much it needs adjusting is hard to say. I havent looked at the mounting points as close back there to tell you how much the effect will be. The front though is a fairly big effect.

(and wasted $105).reason why i want to do another alignment for the rears is because i did not adjust my camber at that time when i did my wheel alignment. After coming back and reading some posts, i want to adjust the camber to around -1~-1.5. And hearing that adjusting the camber will eventually lead to another whole wheel alignment for the rears, i'm just willing to do that.
