5x100 is the bolt pattern on the wheels. Different cars come with different bolt patter. Idk why they couldn't just make a universal bolt pattern where its the same on all cars...

That would be impractical because it would require collaboration between automakers. Also, some cars need 4 and 6 bolt patterns so there can't be a one size fits all solution. However, individual manufacturers should stick to the same bolt pattern(for cars that have the same number of bolts). I think it's ridiculous that the tC and xD share a bolt pattern but the xB has a different one.

possibly because of the actual size of the vehicle. I'm only going on speculation, but i would imagine that size would need a different bolt pattern for better support.

Make sure the overall wheel+tire diameter is the same as stock.

Your on it! wait for some xd'ers to chime in but i know tc wheels work and their 1cm narrower so i don't think you'll have issues(but i could be wrong).

and those are 18 inch tires so i assume the wheels are too.

yes, the tires and wheels are together , the wheels are custom by wheelguys

tires are low profile

it's 225 while stock scion is 195 ,,, it wider
