to paint my stock tC rims :/

im stuck between gold, bronze, or a gunmetal greyish shade. my car is a 05 flint mica with oem lipkit.

im actually leaning towards the gold, but a lot of my friends said it would look awkward . ive seen all of these colors on the flint mica on the tC painted wheel thread but cant make up my mind :/

the greyish shade would flow with the car's color, but conversely the gold would stand out more. ive definitely seen more grey/black rims on the road then gold/bronze.

so which color route should i go? and those that have had these colors, what kinda compliments did u get?

I would say go for the gunmetal color.
my fiend has a 06 scion with the same car and it
has Black rims it looks nice.
gold would just kill the car

 

Check out Kevin's ride. He has done almost every color out there. I would go for something Neon if you want to be fresh or something dark if you want to creep.

For an FM, I've seen a gunmetal gray and it was pretty damn sick. I'm more of a black rim fan but I like the gunmetal gray on an FM

sciontistical i saw yours in the painted stockies thread too and i must say....that job looks sick!

and i saw the link to kevins tC and he rocks gold and grey pretty good....making it harder for me to choose haha
