I'm just wondering where the hell he's driving all this time. Almost 200k miles after 3-4 yrs? That's insane. I thought I had high mileage being at almost 86k after 5.5 yrs.

Yes, completely odd that a company would ever respond to its own consumers, especially those who took a few minutes to write and say what a good vehicle they have. Seriously, not odd at all.

Its often easy to overlook Toyota being a company I know. When someone writes a letter of appreciation to a company, they will generally respond and say thank you. Its good PR for that company. There is really no surprise that they responded to him.
