So I wrote a letter to Toyota...
Explaining about my mileage, no problems with it, being loyal customer. Would scan the actual letter @ the moment; I'm at work. Will when I get home tomorrow.
They called me back!
So I'm planning on calling them tomorrow and see what they want. lol I figured they would write me back a "Thanks for being loyal customer" letter??? lol

^Totally cool.
Its often easy to overlook Toyota being a company I know. When someone writes a letter of appreciation to a company, they will generally respond and say thank you. Its good PR for that company. There is really no surprise that they responded to him.

They called her you m*r*n, that's why I'm surprised. Usually good PR for a company like that would be a letter and not a personal phone call.
That's why everyone is surprised.
reading>you

Never did I say they did not call? Maybe reading>you. I said they responded. Toyota is, once again, really good about taking care of its customers. They've called me on several occasions and not just the dealer. Maybe you need to calm down, you're the only one spouting off over nothing.
