Default Installing s-pipe, will I need a new donut?

Stock header, cat-back.

Installing s-pipe today. Will I need a new or different donut gasket or longer screws?

Thanks

it should use the stock screws/nuts..and you can replace the donut if you see it damaged or anything.. for me i generally just change it everytime i put a new product so it can reseal better

It's installed. It makes a really loud noise.

And for some reason, idle is much more pronounced. There's definite vibration/slight shaking at idle now.

Oh it is. This s-pipe is much louder than my exhaust.

I had stock header, stock s-pipe, and a catback. Installed S-pipe and its extremely noticeable. And not really in a good way. I'm still 50/50 on weather or not Ill keep it or put the stock pipe back on. Vibration at idle is much more pronounced, unfortunately. Thats a side effect nobody told me about. And I dont feel any increase in power. Pretty disappointed.

A muffler shop did it for $40 since its been raining everyday. I didnt want to deal with it.

I'm thinking, maybe the shop didnt get it sealed or use the gasket the right way and exhaust is leaking. I dont know.

Any changes in performance negatively? If there's a leak where header meets S-pipe then the secondary O2 sensor would read leaner than it should causing rich conditions to occur.

Look for carbon build up around the flanges and you can even try getting a squirt bottle and mixing dish soap and water to spray on the suspected leaking area. Look for large bubbles as evidence of a leak; and have a friend hold higher rpm's while you spray since things could be ok during idle.

Update

Well it turns out the genius who installed the pipe didn't use a gasket on the rear most flange. Exhaust was leaking out. A lot.

After it was fixed, I like it! Pretty quiet but louder than without the pipe.

Good upgrade. I do actually think there's a gain in the upper rpms.
