i think the one thing you can do to totally change the car is RIMS... for me rims make my xb, i hate it on stock rims, love it on aftermarket 18's...

gasman,

I'm 42 and have had my xB for almost a year. The first thing she said when she saw the car was "Oh, it needs wheels." - I almost fell out of my chair. Oh yeah, she's 10 years older than I am.

When the car had 300 miles on it, the 17" wheels when on, plus the Injen short ram intake, fog lights, cup holder and under dash/seat lights and the TYC tails.

nyce man!!!!
Enjoy, but def. get a set of wheels. I went the cheap route and they still look 10 times better then the stockies.

Welcome!!! I'm almost 40 and am dying to modify my xb. Springs and wheels are next on my list. I bought my box after the hurricanes were over in central florida and if we get more this year I hope my box survives. My husband works for a body shop so at least I know it can get fixed quick unless a tree falls across it. Us old folks can still have fun modifying our cars. I used to have a PT Cruiser and that car was too old for me, this one is perfect and I love driving it even if it is slow. If I want power I drive my Hemi Ram and just look forward to my car being paid for so I can really mod it.

Your as Young as you feel!!!

I'm 48 and lovin' my box. All of my mods have been done before the first 1000 miles. But I'm still looking for the right set of rims.

I'm 52 and enjoying the box! Great for running errands and hauling things. It's also fun to drive and always turns heads every place I go.
I am now thinking about wheels... Not sure which ones yet, but I don't think I will do any other mods.... great the way it is.
