Default What kind of wax?

Sorry if this hads already been brought up. I tried searching but the search feature is not all that great. I was wondering for a BSP what would be the best wax? To cover up you know those little scratches that bother the hell out of you. What would you guys recommend?

autopia.org - keeping your car looking new and shiny can be veerrry addicting so be careful before venturing out there. But quick answer: if you have time and money, go with zaino line of products. Otherwise meguires line or klasse all-in-one and sealant topped with p21s is a great combo too.

But no matter what, the key to get rid of the scratches and swirls is clay bar and polishing. clay, polish, wax. check out autogeek.com properautocare.com zainostore.com or pakshak.com to get these items.

have fun and enjoying detailing, just dont get too addicted like me!!

What about some of those places that over a full detail, wax and all that other stuff. Like some car washes have that.

they do a crappy job. You can wash, clay bar, polish, and wax your car by hand on a saturday and it will be nice.

Werd. No one will take better care of your car than yourself.

don't bring it to a detailer unless you want to cough up $100+ for an hours worth of work that you could have done yourself.

keeping your car shiny is addictive......
heres what you can do if you don't want to order stuff online
for deep scratches that are still in the clearcoat, use meguiars scratch x and microfiber cloth
it works nicely for swirls
claybar won't really do anything for swirls, it's completely non abrasive, it's meant to prep and clean the surface for polish.

to be honest with you, i've tried all the crappy cheap waxes out there. to be honest, turtle wax ultra gloss is the best shining one out there for under $6. it helps with swirls too.

zaino is amazing stuff if you want to put up the money. i'm going to stick with shining monkey for my tC

My only complaint is that my car is so shiny the paint imperfections become more noticeable.
