Hey guys i know there is like a million posts on this but i just wanted to ask.
Should i us a Impact gun or a Torque Wrench to install my Cranky Pulley? I have seen some DIY where people use both so if i don't have to rent a Torque Wrench i would rather not to save some money.
Does it have to be Torque or would it be safer? Or would a Impact gun be okay?
Thanks

ive used an impact on them all the time
Make sure you get a belt much longer than they suggest...
And impact

Both, make sure its torqued to the proper setting, its a pain trying to keep the crank still through while you do. I would not recommend using a lightweight crank pulley or anything other than OEM or ATI Super damper.

its always recommended that u torque it down, but u can get by with just drivin it home with an impact gun. just dont overtighten to the point where the bolt will break.
