Anybody running 15mm spacers with 18s?

I want to get the H&R spacers... hmmm I have the 18'' EMX super spoke 7s with TRD springs/shocks.... think I can get away with doing 15mm spacers with no rubbing?

I also want to know what size will fit the stock 17" wheels, and if someone has done that, what it looks like?
