Just saw on the CBS morning show that the MT Scion xB was rated the 5th highest car as far as mpg. Hey these things are good for something. I Think I just paid 2.19 a gallon for premium. Now if iI could only remember what I was getting before the super charger. Lately when driving with light shoes on :P and staying out of the boost (right) I have been getting around 28 mpg. I know I hit 33 mpg with the stock xB.

I've been getting 25mpg. Good thing, my last fill up was over $20 at $2.15 gal.
Yes, my low gas light was on. :lalala:

I can't wait until they get off the winter blend...
I'm currently about halfway thru my first tank since adding the Injen CAI. I'm very interested to see if there's any differences...

I got 24mpg first tank and 27mpg this tank. Is this normal for half city/half freeway? When will it go up to at least the 30's? I have ~500miles on the motor.

Do tires larger than stock (e.g. 17", 18") wreck your mileage?

You usually decrease tire sidewall as you increase wheel size. If done right, your custom wheels/tires should maintain about the same diameter as the stocks. The weight and width of your wheels will have a much more significant effect on MPG, not to mention that heavy wheels will make your suspension work harder and not be as smooth.
