Default Sattelite recievers compatible with stock radio?

Does anyone know what I have to do to utilize the "SAT READY" function without paying a toyota dealership and replacing the stock head unit?

Pioneer makes a kit that is supposed to fit all the pioneer decks with this graphic but it doesnt have any Udip inputs so I bought it and was ____ed to find it only has a data port?

any solutions ?

None of the aftermarket sat receivers will work with the Scion radio. However, Sparks Toyota has/had a sale on the factory XM kit for 289.00 that INCLUDES a 140.00 card good for one year of xm service. It is pretty easy to install - I did it in about 3 hours. It really sounds great.
If you go to the Gen Disc xB forum there is a post by Sparks Toyota that gives a link to the website. They also have factory instructions for installation that you can download.
