hey guys i have dona little research and cant find anything so im just guna ask
i have and 06 scion tc turboed with the aem fic computer with a custom tune its
and i was just woundering after its warmed up when i go to restart it it starts hard and once in awhile it will back fire it is running a lil rich but i just dont get why it starts hard is that how all custom tuned cars are or what i was also told i could check my camshaft sensor but there is no check engine light! any help would be appriceated

 

check the spark plugs same thing has happened to me

On some cars with "shady" tunes(not calling your tuner bad but the oem ecu will work well all the time unless you own a mini or an rx8) blipping the gas before turning it off will help clear the cylinders ensuring a better start.

 

heyy thats a good idea i bought the car from a friend from what i hear i think it has a crappy tune in it im guna have it retuned here this winter but i have anthor question for u guys right now the cars runnin on stock plugs what whould happen if i put plugs in it that were 2 steps colder would it run better or no jw
