Help! HKS Coilover Rebuild

Help! HKS Coilover Rebuild
So I blew the shock on one of my coilovers, I was wondering if HKS does rebuilds. I was browsing and they don't have headquarters in the US only authorized dealers, should I call one of those?
Also what would be the estimates to get one front one rebuild?

they do have a headquarters and it's in LA. here's an email i found but it's for returns but i am pretty sure you can ask about overhauling coils hksoutlet@hksusa.com.
if one of the front ones blew i would just go ahead and rebuild both fronts and vice versa for the rears and companies have their own pricing on rebuilding so it should range from 100-200 per side
