transplanting 1nz-fxe into 06 xb

Blew the head gasket in my 06 xB and spun a bearing. Was able to get my hands on a 1NZ-FXE from an 05 Prius. Was told to swap intake and exhaust manifolds. Is there anything else? Help.

Compression ratio is different, valve timing (so may be cams), few other things. Basically it will take a lot more to make it work than just swapping intake.
