Default Raise Gas Mileage?

I've Got a 2005 XB Camo automatic w/130,000 miles on it. What would the first five items to address in priority other than the usual, like plugs, tire pressure, driving habits etc to raise my mileage from 30-36 mph to higher? Thanks for your help.

Driving habits is probably the biggest thing. I bought a ScanGauge and it easily paid for itself in just four months. It also helped me know when there was a mechanical issue that was affecting mpg. It took forever to figure it out, even my excellent mechanic and scion were of little help, but I eventually tried something I found on SL and it worked. Turned out to be a dirty MAF sensor. If yours has never been cleaned, you might try that since we both have essentially the same vehicle with yours having a few more miles on it. Cost is under 10 bucks and it only takes a few minutes to do.
