Default need help with sterio prices

i just wanted to ask everyone if they think that 300 is a good price for a pioneer head unit with two 6 1/2 pioneers and two 6x9 pioneers its not for a scion and thats installed. im not sure what model they are but a couple of days later another worker told me that just the headunit was like 390 so one of them was liyin. or do any of you guys have any advice on what to get or where thanx

Here is something that is important to remember about electronic in general.
-->You get what you pay for.
I recommend the Pioneer PVH 5000/7000, will run you $350(5000, ebay), $400(7000, ebay).
But as for 6.5"s and/or 6x9's check out Crutchfield.
imo, $300 will get you either an amazing deal for - @ cost -, or the absolute cheapest equipment that pioneer has to offer.

that really depends on the model, but thats not too excessive...
