Default Do you get your stock wheels?

Hey guys if you buy the upgrade to 18s when you buy your Scion new. Are you entitled to the original 15s? The reason I ask is because I bought an 05 XB brand new. I upgraded to the 18s and they pulled it around back for me and put the on while I was finishing up the paper work. I never got the 15s back but if you look on the site I paid full price for the 18s. So that leads me to think they should have given me the 15s as well. Can anyone tell me if I am correct or not?

yes, you are correct. You paid the purchase price of the stock vehicle. Then you paid the price for accessories. You should get all your stock parts back. I got my stock springs and steelies when I got my TRD springs and 18s put on last week.

since you bought the car, you paid for everything that came on the car originally. get them back.

Thanks for the help guys. Do you think it will matter that I've had the XB for like 8 months and have just figured this out?

yes I bought mine and got the 18 in tires also. I was having problems with the dealer on the car and them servicing me so when I talked to the manager I told him I would not take the car until it had the 18's on it. He told me I had to take delivery of the vehicle before the 18s could be put on because it was an accessory. So when I told the service department after they put the 18's on I wanted the 15s back they looked at me funny. I got the manager and went back over how the 18s were accessorys so they 15s belonged to me because I paid for the vehicle with 15's then just bought and accessory so if the dealer wanted to keep the 15's thats fine but they would have to buy them back from me. LOL so they were like ok sir drive around back and we will help you load the tires in your car. Just make sure you get the lugnuts backk and the hub covers as I did.

Yes. Stock wheels have lug nuts designed for your oem wheels. Aftermarket wheels require a different lugnut.

If it's been 8 months, you may have a hard time. Who knows where those rims are at now. Most places have a specified time frame that you need to pick up your take off parts before they become thier property, basically so they don't have to try to keep track of everyones stuff.

I inquired about the TRD 18's and was told they were no longer available, the aftermarket had sapped sales which was fine, 1895 was a little high since I had already done some shopping. Spent 1100 @ Tire Rack and have my spare wheels for winter time.

yeah that's what I'm thinking they will say. But I'll find out in the morning. What should my next couple of mods be? I was thinking cold air and springs but the more I read the more confused I get on which ones to get.

I bent two of mine and the dealer told me almost the same thing. So I hit up ebay and bought 4 for about 580.00 or so shipped and insured. That is the TRD 18" Racing hart rims.
