I wonder what size the pipe is for the driver side tip. I installed a dual exhaust set-up on a PT Cruiser and it had a 1 3/4 pipe. Also it only had one muffler and the muffler was actually pretty queit.

could you take a closeup of both exits...i just wanna see how the drivers' side exit looks close-up.
i gotta say that is does look pretty damn good though. how does it sound though? deep and agressive or high and raspy? or in between?

I love the way this looks but, how do you get the cut out of the bumber for the driver side, I am worried that may look screwed up if not done right

your setup looks clean. Can you get a closeup of the driver side so we can see how the cut out looks like

looks like it is dremal time for the bumber cut. In the other systems Borla gives you a paper diagram that you tape on the bumper to help with the cutting.

I finally got my xB back from Borla Performance Industries. Here are pics of the pre-production Borla Dual Exhaust system...

Details/pricing/availability of the exhaust system coming soon.
Dyno results will be posted next week.

What do you think?

That is awesome!!!

Only little thing is that if you gotta kiss it goodbye about doing the relocation of spare tire in that exact spot... Well, I think I will stick with DAMD's dual tip exhaust... I dunno...

Looks good, but where did you move your charcal canister. It is supposed to be right under there. Is there a special way to reposition it? I actually want to move mine so I can reposition my spare.
