i was the first scion here in SA. i got mine in 03 before they even came out here. so i had mine for a good while. i get tired of things kinda fast so yeah. i already have have the mods that you mentioned take a look at my sig also have a speed grill never put it in there cause i stopped coming to SL long time ago. bu yeah im just getting tired of it cause ive had it so long and and it too slow i want something faster. im waiting tl the evo9 comes out this fall then im getting rid of it

I think it's a good idea to meet at a park...we should once a month or once a week? I'm down for it. As long as I'm not working I'd be willing to help pitch in for meat/side items/plates etc. As far as meeting up monthly I'm down for that as well. I used to be president of one of the largest car clubs in SA (Too Mini Temptations) back in the day w/ over 130+ members & we used to meet up weekly, so doing the once a month thang ain't no biggie.

meet'n at a park sounds great. i would also be will'n to pitch in for supplies and a monthyl meet'n. but i think the first meet'n should just to meet everyone and then plan the park thing. maybe first meet at like sonic or somewhere of that sort. and see who really comes. even bring other friends into cars. just my suggestion. how that sound?

Well this Sunday is Mother's Day, so forget this Sunday. And next weekend is the Meltdown car show. So how about Sunday May 22nd. That gives us plenty of time to clear our schedules. And how about 2PM. During the day so we can see each others cars and not have to rush home for work or school on Monday. That date and time should cover most of us from what I have read. :ponder:

It's a WHOLE families mother's day gift or just make her a purse of her fav. things on the outside. Flowers, dogs, birds or whatever is her passion that would be cool. Hey what do you guys think about meeting at Sonic? We can grab a bite there and hang outside and chat. When we go to Benni's we just chat amoungs ourselves anyway and hardly walk anywhere. I think we should do that on Sundays around 8 instead Thursday around 10...This way we can eat and then get home in time to sleep well for work the next day. Sonic is cool too cuz we could order slushies! :crazy: We wouldn't get chased by the cops either! If you guys need to drink then get buzz before you come... :P Just a sugguestion....I think that would work who all votes on that? There is more pros then cons to this meeting change don't you agree? I think that we are too many cars to hang out at a sonic. If you want you can get a slushie before you come to benni's. bennie's should have more people this week, besides there is not a lot of room at sonic. i prefer the excitement of the cops. :P

in all honesty, the police have no jurisdiction in a private parking lot
unless one of the businesses complains and calls the police
honestly, the best thing to do is what we did on Friday night @ BB

Hey yesterday my man and I went cruising and we saw some Scion drivers and they didn't know about Scionlife. We pulled over and gave them the flyer for the party this sat. and we also told them about Scion life. They were like shocked that there was other scion lovers other than them. I think that's funny. Well I say we meet SUNDAY this at 7:30pm at SONIC on 4318 Vance Jackson RD. That location is close to I-10 and 410. I think that would work. We will try it this Sunday then. Hey everybody!!! Didja miss me?! lol. I jacked my mom's laptop and my brother's internet connection to get on ScionLife. I'm a dork, but that's completely beside the point.
Anyway, I went to the shop today to look at my car. I'm sooo heartbroken without it! It looks really good. =) I got all excited when I saw it even though it didn't have the bumper on or either sideskirt. :love: :love: :love: I jumped up and down, seriously. I went there to give it a few, "Hey baby!" 's and much needed kisses, as well as to see the progress. The foglights are mounted already!!! Woot! He just has to rework the new bumper a little, paint it and mount it and the car should be back in my loving arms by next Wednesday. I seriously can't wait. I'm sorry, but the Corolla I'm driving just isn't the same! I'm not downing it at all...I could still be driving that Kia the rental place originally gave me (I fought to get the Corolla!!!). I'm just saying I miss my baby. :cry: Going to Scion meets just isn't the same when my baby's not there!...and it's kinda hard to represent SE South Texas without my evidence. lol. =)

1. NO DONUTS!
2. NO DRIFTING! <---- For the boxes who think they are aeronomically designed
3. NO PEELING OUT LIKE A BAT OUT OF HELL!
4. NO RACING!
5. PLAY NICE WITH OTHER CARS...
That is the guidelines for us to stay there. If you feel the need to break one of these rules feel free to do it on your own time and make sure OUR cars are on the other side of San Antonio before you attempt one of these stunts. :loser: Thanks for coming to Best Buy on Fridays around 9:30 please come again! I'll still be at the meets on Thursday and Friday supporting our small Scion scene. Does anyone know if we're all still down to roll to Austin on Saturday? I wanna go, but I won't go alone. :nope: Keep me informed!

No offend taken....we're going to meet at Red Mccomb Tonight around 9 PM and then we're going to cruise on over to Bennis. Red Mccomb is also located on IH-10 and Wurzbach. When you exit Wurzbach, Red Mccomb is on the right hand side (So try to go alllllllllll the way over the right lane ASAP).
