Does anybody know of or have a good way to cover the Scion logo on the steering wheel?
Would really like a carbon fiber bB or xB. Anybody good with this kind of thing?

prbly take it out, and get some cf material, already coated, almost like a little sample piece. then trace the shape of the emblem (because you can't replace it, scion is very ovulour) and then spray a BB or decal a BB or ..... do whatever, then glue it back into place...


at least, that's what i plan on doing

 

get a new steering wheel.

Does anyone know what the bB steering wheel says? Does it have a Toyota emblem on it?

 

i like the toyota echo's steering wheel better the one on xa's and xb's.

 

Be very careful removing anything on, in, or under the steering wheel unless you know what you're doing.

Last thing you need is an airbag deploying in your face!

 

I removed mine. Just undo the battery. remove the airbag. The airbag bolts are a larger torques bit though.

 

There has got to be a pic of the insaide of a bB on this forum somewhere???

Time to do a search.

 

There was a cool bunch of photos of that bB that had the custon orange and white stripe interior but have no idea of how to find them. Sorry

 

Dash Kits come with logo appliques, heres mine, carbon fiber inserts

My CF kit came with little tiny inserts for the Scion logo in the wheel. Sorry I don't have a better pic, but you can sorta see them in this one.
