Well here is my story. I ordered Plastx from meguiars.com and waited 1 week for the item to at my door. On Tuesday after I the mail man left and I didn't have my package I e-mail meguiars to tell them that I still did not receive my product and that the tracking number for UPS wasn't updating. I received an e-mail back telling me that they were going to re-ship the item. I was getting ticked off at this point. On wednesday when I get back from school what is on my door step. Plastx. I was thrilled. I e-mailed meguiars back and told them that it did come and that UPS was showing that I received it and told them not to reship the item. Today, thursday, I get an e-mail saying that they had already shipped it. At this point, I am even more ticked than ever. Until I read where it says that the CR was happy that I received my order and to "Please keep the extras that are coming your way and enjoy them free of charge. " Well point being meguiars products not only rock, but they also have great and fast customer service. Got to use this on my dad's cars headlights. I'll write more about this product after I use it. Supposed to be really hawt. Also I couldn't find plastx in any of the stores in bakersfield so thats why I ordered online. Everyone buying meguiars products should buy from them.
