Default Where's my Xa? More importantly.. Where is it coming from?

I ordered my Xa a few weeks ago and it is still not here.

I read somewhere on this forum (i've been reading this for about a month and a half) and i remember reading that these things ship from japan. Are Xa's built in japan then shipped??? Or is my dealer making excuses?

w/out my Xa.... for now...

To answer your question, they are made in Japan and any special parts that you add from the dealership are usually put on at the dock when it gets here then they ship it to your dealer. Still waiting for my RS 2.0.....

I too am one of the few who are waiting for an xA RS2.

This seem to be a popular topic lately, has there been a shortage of xA's in the U.S. or is demand just really high?

yea it sucks but that sounds about right, sometimes they get lucky and the dealer will do a dealer trade with another dealer

hmmm.... maybe the shortage is caused by the high demand. DUH!

I got my xA delivered in less than a week. The dealer I was working with did a trade, and was able to find a bare bones IIP xA only about a hundred miles away. They got the car in, added the items I requested at the dealership, and delivered it to me the next day.

I got lucky and my Dealer Ryan in slidell hunted down a RS1.0 for me and got it in less time than if i got the RS2.0, ask your dealer if they can find one on a dealer trade.
