just got the color charts for the scion dept and the xB is available in Salsa red pearl.

 

is there a link? Nothing on scion.com

 

i saw a scion.com ad and it asked about what your favorite color for the xb is. the three options it listed was : absolutely red , solar yellow , blue mica. hmmm......then I clicked on the ad and it went to scion.com only to have standard colors available. hmm...

 

It is kinda wierd because I have never heard about a Salsa red pearl except on the 05 toyota Camry and several other toyotas. Then I opened up the new color charts for the Scion showroom and there is was Salsa red pearl and on the back it says for the xb.

 

hmmm . i hope it's better looking than the absolute red

It looks too close to the BCP in my opinion.

 

nothing like bcp. go check out a 05 camry at your dealer.

 

it;s alot brighter and has alot of pearl . looks nice.

For whatever reason, the BCP is a little girly looking IMO.

Last week when I ordered my TCM xB the salesman told me that they were dropping Cherry Red for 2006 but that they were not replacing it. Maybe he wasn't aware.

I might like the red color, but I'd have to REALLY like to think more highly of it than my BOP.

 

its a granny color. the color pallete avaialble on this car sucks. No imagination, whats next pewter or gold?
