Clearing Headlights

The only really advice i can give you is VERY vauge. The only TIP i do have however is that when you remove the bumper, if you decide to let it rest on the front impact brace, DO PUT SOMETHING SOFT on the ground below it if you're working on concrete. I had a friend to have his bumper fall off the brace while putting one of the headlights back in and it fell down on the concrete paint side down and scratched his bumper all up.
This is basically the type of work you're looking to be doing:
Starting with something that looks like this:

*Partly removing the bumper (you can completely remove it if you desire to) and then remove the headlights*

Then take a philips screw driver, stick it inside the housing, and LIGHTLY tap it til' the amber piece breaks. Now comes the fun part............you gotta use your brain here. Figure out how to get the pieces of amber out of the healight and also not scratch anything in the process! When ur down, hopefull you'll see this:

Then bolt everything back on and Vioula!
