Default Steering Wheel upgrade?

Can anyone tell me if it's gonna be possible to install a 06 tC steering wheel on my 05 tC? I'd like to have the sterio control right there in front of me.

For as much as the steering wheel is going to cost fellas, I'd recommend just getting a mid-range head unit. It sounds much better than stock and if you ever plan on upgrading anyway, chances are the wheel won't be able to control it.

Yup, you'll need the deck and wiring if you have an '05, and want the '06 steering wheel.

here is someone who has both wiring diag and says the wiring is the same.. the only thing you will need to do is wire in the steering controls...

i really would not understand why toyota would change the connector on the radio.. they may have extra connectors but the cost of changing a connector is alot.. i work for a manuf company and just to change a connector for a part requires ALOT of work and man hours.. choosing a connector is easy... making changes to drawings.. making sure everyone gets the updated drawings.. make sure all updates get done in your ERP system... keep stock.. etc..etc..etc... since im sure that they stuck with pioneer for the radio.. and it should have the same fit since this is only what.. year 1 or 2 for the TC.. and i doubt seriously they are going to make changes so early in the cars life to the dash or radio cubie... pioneer would have probably made the radio connections to match what is there now.. plus then add others for the options....
