I know the name should almost speak for itself, but does anyone have a personal opinion about the products they produce.

I am thinking about buying an in-dash am/fm/dvd 7" monitor system and would like to know any personal experiences.

It's a crapshoot ... some of their stuff works great all of the time, some of it works great some of the time, and some of it doesn't work for ****.

Some of their TFT screens are pretty good deals. Head units and DVD players don't have such a great reputation. I have no experience with Pyle amps, but someone on the Phoenix Gold forums ripped apart and bench-tested a Lanzar amp for fun (same company as Pyle) and said it held up pretty well.

I can say that I had a good warranty repair experience with them -- no RMA number runaround and got the stuff back in a few weeks in good working order. But quite often you can get much better stuff for just a few dollars more.
