I realize this is the tC intake you are talking about but here it my ptuning story. I ordered from them. Good prices and free shipping (at the time). My exhaust got to my house in like 3 days but the intake took about a week and a half. They were cool about it though. I called them and let them know what was going on and they assured me that it had been shipped. Actually what happened was it was supposed to get to me on a Friday and I called UPS first and they told me some crap about how they only deliver in my area between Tuesday and Thursday and that my intake is on a truck in Jacksonville FL. Problem is I live in Alabama and they had already come through my area. Then it got routed through Atlanta and finally to my house a little over a week later. The shipping mishap had nothing to do with ptuning but I did call them and let them know that their shipping service could use some help. They apologized and gave me a coupon for a percentage off my next purchase. Anyway, I got my intake and exhaust from these guys and I would buy from them again.-
