Does anyone know what the factory tint% is on the XBs privacy glass? I want to get my fronts done but I want them to match.

I've heard 20%, but I got 35% tint and it matches perfectly. (pics in my profile)

And 20% up front might get you a ticket.

ive been metered at 22% and it matches perfectly IMO

Your rear privacy glass definitely looks darker than any of your door-window glass.

privacy glass is normally between 19% and 21%

20% is too dark and 35% is just a little lighter and is a closer match IMO. Plus the 35% will make it easier to see out at night.

everyone has their own opinions. ask people who live in tint hell states they should know what it meters at. . it doesnt matter to me cuz i never plan on doing my fronts. just 20% over the privacy glass to get 5% aka limo.

Your rear privacy glass definitely looks darker than any of your door-window glass.

All of the privacy glass is the same color, the rear windows are just as dark as the rear doors. The very back windows only look darker because most of the sunlight is coming through the clear windshield.
