Default WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM "SYMMIC" STORE OFF EBAY..

Alright, First confession...I got the pure white bulbs from LUMINICS and i LOVE THEM to death.
2nd confession, i made the mistake of ordering some cheap bulbs for my fog lights (10 bucks with shipping) off ebay. The company claimed they were pure white, gave the "hid look", and even had a picture of a bright white glow on the ebay auction.
Anyways, heres the dirt, these things SUCKED, they claimed to be optically dyed to enhance the light(the picture shows them with a light purple tint on the outside casing of the bulb, these were as plain as plain), ...I put the left one in first and left the right (stock) one in, turned on my fog lights and compared the two (late at night, against my garage door)...THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE FROM MY STOCK FOG LIGHTS..

anyways, the info, do NOT buy or support this company
THE COMPANY IS SYMMIC/
THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION WAS "130W 9006 EXTREME HYPER WHITE XENON HID HEADLIGHT BULBS"
AND THEY SUCK

THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS (EVEN COMPLAINTS), AND THEY ARE MIS-LEADING WITH THEIR AUCTIONS ON EBAY.
so do not give them your business, and I wont make the mistake of doing so either again
i'm going to be putting in an order for my Luminics foggers this week/weekend after I get my next paycheck, everybody just stick with them
anyways, sorry for this ranting, i told them if they didnt assist me, i'd make a post of this nature, they didnt even respond to my emails (two emails so far)..and the bulbs suck ****.

anyways, lumnics, u'll be hearin from me soon to complete my set...

heres the fun part, for those who care..their feedback page is http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...&userid=symmic

after reading the negative comments,i'm not the first who's made complaints about the product sucking, and their not responding to emails...

some of their negative feedback is:

*DONT BUY FROM THEM** PRODUCTS*SUCK*___** LIED IN AUCTION, DOESNT RSPND 2 EMAILS ---(that one is mine, haha)

received other persons order, symmic promised return label, that was 2 weeks ago

Item never received bad communication. Business ethics very questionable.

Order didnt fit, reporting to BBB, NO EMAIL REPLYS AFTER 5 TIMES, BUYER BEWARE!

Seller shipped wrong item and refuses to respond to refund/ exchange requests

prod not as described, no response to 3 E:mails for refund, charged $10for$2 shp

and those are all on the FIRST PAGE of their feedback comments

Nah, they sent me the exact box pictured on the auction....everything on the BOX looked the same... but the lights did NOT look the same, the bulbs in the auction picture had a blue/purple tint...the bulbs they SENT me looked 100% like my stock bulbs...

____ty seller, they sent me exactly what they wanted to, and they didnt respond to my emails either....read their negative feedback, i'm not the first

Default Symmic - EBAY also none has M & S Plus

[/b]DO NOT PURCHASE from these people. I purchased Halo lights for my husbands Dodge Truck. The lights came in broken and they sent me a RMA to fill out which I did and returned. They then sent me a RMA number and how to return the product for refund or replacement. I sent the package signed, UPS insured. They got my merchandise and never sent me back new lights or my money that was back in March. I called them and they said it would be sent in 2 days. I never got the. I called again and the number was disconnected. I sent emails and they came back to be undelivered. Which tells me they have my email address blocked. I've tried everything and they ignore me. I paid for the lights through Paypal but Paypal says they can't do anything and so does Ebay.... I've lost $169.00

That's bs, file a claim through paypal, if you paid through ebay, ebay will help you with it

paypal=ebay I found out the hard way if it's been more than 45 days with paypal you are out of luck. If you paid with a CC you might get something, depending on how long it's been.

a.) this thread is way old
b.) symmic as described and linked to here doesn't exist anymore. if you use that link you get some guy in the UK buying strange shoes and handmade suit jackets. he has only been a member for 5 months. i'm not sure what ebay policy says about using reusing account names but i guess they allow it and this new guy got it by coincidence. would be right in time with you saying you made the purchase in march. they probably canceled their ebay acct shortly there-after.
