Default TRD exhaust

Hey party ppl i need your opinion on sumthin. I have an auto and i just hit 1K on it. I also have the TRD muffler and i've noticed sumthing. Before the car hit 1K the muffler was pritty loud but now after 1K it doesn't seem as loud. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me? Also it seems like the car is strgullin to get up to speed when i accelerate. It feels restricked. Had anyone experienced this? I'll be looking forward to reading the replys.

its not the trd exhaust. if anything, your exhaust would get LOUDER once it has been used that much. i think you have another problem on your hands if you think the car is having trouble getting up to speed

btw i have the trd exhaust as well. and had it since ive owned the car, and i now have 10K miles on it

Truthfully i think you might have gotten used to it and it seems like it's not as loud. I had the same thing happen to me with my other car. But the sound does change slightly on every muffler after it gets broken in. Mine got deeper but its a cheap weld-on ractive muffler thing. So.......

As for the struggling to get up a hill, my question to you is how much do you weigh? That might be the problem.
