im just removing the resonator and replacing it with a midpipe, im not touching the cat...right now i have the TRD axle back muffler, and adding the midpipe would make it a catback exhaust

it wouldn't be much louder maybe a lil raspy and u'd noticed a lil more power thats about all. a muffler shop could do this for u for about $50-$70

this question was covered in your posts before here...

somebody correct me if im wrong but I think it goes headers, cat on header, s-pipe, mid pipe, resonator, another cat, axle back muffler. So you will be removing one of the cats and the resonator by replacing the entire mid pipe. which should give you maybe 2-4whp and it will sound like angry bees in a coffee can.

almost... it goes... intake manifold (header) > 1st cat on header > s-pipe > 2nd cat > resonator > axle back exhaust

Through my eyes is goes

Exhaust manifold w/header, S-pipe, 2nd cat, resonator in the middle of mid-pipe, then axle-back

seriously dude-these repeat posts of ur own posts are annoying-especially when it's like a 10 time repeat of the same damn thing. midpipe for trd exhaust, trd catback, new trd catback, new new trd catback, really new new trd catback, resonator trd exhaust, trd catback resonator exhaust, exhaust resonator trd, blah blah blah. That's not even the worst part-u go putting posts up about turbonators-which are useless and been discussed so many times and even worse than that-posts about the stupid thing that makes the turbo sound for a car-it's getting more than ridiculous. not only were u asking about a speaker that goes under the hood which makes the sound of a turbo, but U BOUGHT IT and are proud of it.
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...r=asc&start=25

springs, shocks, air horns, music, the color of ur car, how many stickers or decals u have-that stuff doesn't go under power hungry. also-make sure u don't forget this: stickers and decals DON'T ADD HP-regardless of who promises u that. so no posts about how u believe ur type r or type s sticker shaved a 1/2 second off ur 1/4mile time. u have a tc. treat it like one.
