hey well i just bought a valor dvd double din deck and well i havnt installed it yet but i was just wondering if there is a way to by-pass the e-brak thing...because it wont play dvd's unless the e-brak is up right so i was wondering if i could just put a switch between the e-brak and the splice so i could control it...or is there another way to do it...please help...thanks

 

Ground the wire that goes to the e-brake on the wiring harness.

you can put that wire to a switch, that way if 5-0 pulls you over or something, just flip the switch and it should say you can't watch dvds while the in motion.

 

how do you hook that up to a switch??
