Anyone have any experience with these guys. I know, I know that there is a section in this site about dealerships but nobody said ____a bout this place.

Most places I called asked for $500 deposit. They asked for 1000. And seem to have a much larger selection than other places. Sketchy? I'm not sure.

You tell me.

Thanks.

I bought my IIP there back in March. The salesman was nice enough, and the "executive" or whatveer you call it that preps the final papers was a nice guy-- but finance. OH, dear lord. We were in the dealership almost 4 hours between the test drive and the signing, and we already had financing-- we we're pre-approved from our credit union.

So it felt a lot like they were dicking with us. My wife said she simply would have left (she does auto loans at work quite often). I only bought from them because they had a car in stock. I would have hoped (and expected) much better service with 33% cash down and pre-approved financing. Should have been an in-and-out.

The hatch was rattling after the test drive, and the tech said he'd need "2 or 3 hours" to look at it. Not acceptable. The kicker was the 95 miles drive to get there (each way). I stick to my local dealer for everything now-- they're much, much more helpful-- and if they'd had a tC on the lot, I would have gladly bought from them.

I can't honestly recommend Hollywood. Go through Longo or Glendora. Much easier to deal with (my wife's Corolla is from Glendora, they were awesome) and Longo was very helpful when I was calling to find out about availability of the tC-- going so far as to suggest other dealers I could try (they were completely out of stock).

Well.. i got a story to tell you... so sit back and have a cup of coffee....... lets see.. where to start...

ordered my TC back in Late Jan... i was told 8 to 10 weeks... ok .. i accepted that... 10 weeks came and went.. and they say they could not find a SSM 5spd.. then just as i was ready to cancel the car and go somewhere else... the car was on the boat.... that took about 1 week... then it was suppose to be in port... 1 week later still no car... don't get me wrong thru all this th sales guy was nice enough... but still.. for a dealer not to communicate with it's customers truthfully... ok back to the story... it took 4 days for the car to get on the truck and show up... NOW!!! here comes the good part... when it gets here... the car had NOTHING of what i had ordered... no ground affects kit.. no wheels...no exhaust... and on top of that.. the car had toyoguard which added $600 to the cost which i did not order..... so.. i went down there with all intentions of canceling it... the sales guys told me he was trying to work it out.... so.. in orderto offsett he orice alittle i got 19" wheels and tires out of the deal... and they were going to order the ground affects kit.. 3 days later.. the ground affects show up but the wrong color... FINALLY the correct ones show up and get installed... and i picked up the exhaust and installed it myself.... ok.. well.. 3 days later i was going to do the springs and sway bar.. i was checking to make sure i had everything i needed... well.. come to find out that they did not put the lugnut socket in the car... so if i had gotten a flat tire i woudl have been S>O>L.... don't get me wrong.. i got everything i was suppose to get.. but my expirience with them was really not very good...... my causin drove to venice beach to get his.. and he had an incredible buying expirience... and $1000 ... i only had to put $200...... OH.. yeah.. financing.. yup.. figure 3 to 4 hours... and they try to sell you so much crap..... i turned it all down... luckely.. because this toyo guard the car came with had alot of what they were trying to sell me..........

OOPS!!i just noticed this was not hollywod florida.... but CA... sorry.. there just so happens to be a hollywood scion/toyota here......

I just picked up my car from Toyota/Scion Santa Monica and I had a pretty good experience there. I recommend giving them a try.

By the way, the configuration of my car was exactly the same as what you seem to want.

there's a reason they have so many cars on their lot. or, so some of my customers tell me. i've never been there, so i wouldn't be able to tell you from first hand experience. i do know, that we sell ours pretty quick. and that we get about 1-2 customers a month from them. we get about 4-5 from north hollywood. anywho....you can check our reviews

let me know what you need, i don't need a deposit.
