Default Any TC ownerz have experience with Sponsorships?

I recently just got accept from some sponsors from carsponsorships.com. I just wanted to know any of your experiences with this. Is anybody else in here in this. If so, how long is the contract, hows it going so far? Does it cost a lot to install some parts? what Sponsors have you done so far from that site. Any feedback at all would be great because I'd like to know what i am going to go thru. How long is it and can you quit when you are already in and if you do, any consequences.. stuff like that.. thanks a lot again.

Personally, I'd stay away from it... just because of the methods you have to go through to get it. But I know there are some people on here that have it and are satisfied.

Well, you are charged $89 if you get "sponsored" with a "full sponsorship." Just read all of the fine print before you do anything. I've also heard that many of the sponsorships include decal kits and stuff like that. They aren't always just free products. Some of them are just discounts on someone's product or whatever.

I just don't think that you should have to pay a fee to get sponsors - no matter what you get from them. If a real company thinks your car is worth it, they won't charge you. That's kind of defeating the whole purpose. A discounted product is one thing, but paying to get that discounted product? Well, then you're just going in a circle.

But as I said... this is just IMO. You should probably hear from those that have the sponsorships first.

You might want to talk to Break_Away... I'm pretty sure they hooked him up.

man, those raenn rims or whatever they are called that come with the HIN package would look great on it but i dont think i can get the HIN package since the next HIN show in NJ is in sept.only 1 month away. I mean i did sign up for it but doubt that i will get it. I also got Pimp my Ride sponsorship and still waiting on email of the 2 other companies that accepted me.

Generally the people that sign up for carsponsorhships.com get some decals and some "discoounts". Very few exceptions.

you have to go to car shows and show interest in getting your car sponsored. yeah i payed 89 bucks, but i got some pretty damn good discounts from them too. IMO..it was worth it. Once i get more money put into my car, i will go to more shows and seek out more sponsors. i don't intend on using carsponsorships alone.

if you want ur car sponsored, you have to work for it.
