i was looking at a set of wheels and here are the specs


17x7.5 48 offset

i know stock for the tC is 17x7 45 offset...

will i run into issues trying to run a 48 offset on a 7.5 wide wheel ?

also .. will the stock 215 45 17" tires fit these wheels ?

yes... its 3 milimeters... probably not gonna mater that much. and im sure if you used the search function you would find a few tc's running with a 48 offset.

 

dont be so quick to assume that its not going to make a difference because its only 3 mm...

3mm could be the difference between fitting and rubbing ..

ie;

18x7.5 with a 42 offset on an xB works perfect ... but a 18x7.5 45 offset will hit the rear suspension ...

as for the search feature.. it sux plain and simple
