I don't want to haul anything, just add a bike rack to a receiver hitch so I want to get the smallest and lightest hitch I can find or build.

Anyone have any ideas?

How many bikes are you going to haul? I have an export bike rack from performance. it straps on. It take less than a minute to put on or take off. They make a rack for 2 or 3 bikes. I have had my rack for 4 years and have had it on my celica, taurus, windstar and now on my xb. It's nice because you don't have to have a hitch and you can use it on allmost any car van or whatever.

If you do a search for 'Hitch' you should find several postings for them.
Not sure about any comparisons that have been made between manufacturers.

I got the curt, but i did not weigh it befor i put it on. I am guessing 25 lbs, sorry i could not be exact.

Go for the Curt. Well made and takes 10 minutes to install
