ok i got 18x7 rims with a 2 inch drop Goldlines and i got 225/40r18 essenza tires.. rubs a bit .. Does anyone have this same problem ..... if so what did you do to fix it?? Im outa options other than buy new tires... Dont know if 215/40r18's will do it or 215/35r18's are better.. help plz!!

215/35 18 will be your best bet.

I'm running 35's w/ 2" drop and no rubbing 42 offset

ok where do i find out the offset since i bought the car with the rims on it already??? All i know is the rims are 18 x 7 1/2

Isn't there a place inside the fender well you can.......beat down a little?? I remember someone telling me there was a spot on the door side of the fender well you could beat in or down so you don't rub with the 225/40's. I could be wrong but i swear I remember hearing that.
Oh if you have 18x7.5's you will more that likely have either a +42 or +45 offset. I'm thinking +42.

I have on my box 225/35/18 on a 2.5 inchs lowered on sprints. rides great.. :P

I didn't know any springs dropped that low.
