So thats what the holdup was...they hadnt finished the manual yet

 

You are correct that paper is holding it up, it is the one that says carb on it, it only takes one screw or washer to be missing from a BOM (bill of materials) and the item can not go to production. I have seen .01 cent screws hold up production lines.

Like I said before, the Super Charger is just around the corner, my top secret connection just had one show up, lucky dog. All those hoping and waiting, I would start getting your funds together as I anticipate that dealers will be allocating them first in first out.
