Powder coating
how much does it usually cost to powder coat my wheels? I just bought my car recently, they made me pay an extra 2000 dollars for their chrome OEM wheels, the chrome looks nice but im not a fan of chrome, therefore i'm going to powder coat them unless someone would like to buy/trade them..anyway, i've heard the cost for powder coating ranges from 25 - 75 dollars, anybody know a good place in southern cali who can powder coat?
yeah...sad...everywhere i've been in socal (all the dealerships) had no scions on their lot except for 1, and they only had 1 bsp which this option...it was either get that car or wait a month on the wait list, so i bought that one
yepp....toyota of orange...i was so into gettin a new tc rather than wait, i guess i shoulda been more patient, whatever tho...i got a new car now back to powder coat...anybody know any good places?
Oh the possibilites of having $2K to spend on aftermarket parts!...
<-Hyghgynx hands pain a tube of Vasoline..."This is for the next time you get screwed."
Look at it this way...at least you already have unique wheels. Save some $crill and you can get BETTER & BIGGER rims & tires later.

you didn't search hard enough for the tC. You can find them everywhere and if you find a decent dealership that will follow up on you, you'll get the car you want. I wanted a bone stock 5spd BCP, I got it in 3 weeks.
Salesman called me the minute it got off the rig and said he would take the keys if I came down that same day so that no one could drive it.
I picked it up 2 hours later. A little patience would have paid off big time this time around....
