 I got smoothies, supposedly custom made for the xb, through a California company and paid an embarrassing amount for them. However, they don't clear the brake calipers (yes, Ive tried shaving the brake calipers). There has been weeks of hassle, with the "middle man" who took my money, the wheel manufacturer, and now with the tire company about taking back their products, which have never been used. So, I'm trying to solve the problem with hub adapters that will allow for the clearance and will provide hub-centric and vibration-free ride. These I have lined up. I am told I will also need lugs or lug adapters. Can anyone point me in the right direction for these?
I come from the old school wherein a company stood behind its product and customer service, if not a priority, was at least given token consideration. Those days are gone forever, I guess. Now, it seems the mantra is "too bad, buddy."

two words: van phan. ok, prolly a little vague. you need wheel spacers from onetongarage.com (also called OTG in the posts)

is it hitting the brake caliper on the top or the side? A little info on where its hitting would help.

Go get some 5mm spacers and you're golden. You should be able to use the factory bolts, lugs are just what would be specified by the wheel manufacturer.

Thanks, but need 5/16 spacers which moves wheel off hub and sets up vibration, which is not acceptable.

H&R DRS spacers are hubcentric and come with longer studs.

I am just curious who made the wheels for you...I've been looking for those for over a year now and haven't been able to find anyone who will do it.
