Default right forum? tC photoshoot. 56k = no, most likely

my friend and i washed my car last night. and this is the outcome...
tC is stock. only painted my emblems. but its a gorgeous car even in this state...
camera is a canon EOS Digital Rebel, with a skilled photographer and photoshopper behind it.

and now...

You picked an awesome area for available lighting. When I get a chance to take pictures of the tC I don't like using flash. Some of the places to visit would be: the shipping and recieving area behind grocery stores, large empty parking lots at a local company. Their buildings are really nice as well. And my favorite gas station lighting. awesome pics and angles.

haha thanks. i wish he would follow me around more also. it would make me feel important. people would ask "who is he? he has a personal photographer." and i would feel special.

but yeah. it was good times. and i bought my own camera. so when i learn to use it, ill take my own pics. i just need him to help me learn.

camera's a 300D aka Digital Rebel..older version of the 350D aka Rebel XT. if you can find one, it'll be pretty cheap. decent beginner D-SLR

the wipers have two settings. it snowed like a week ago. and will again in the future. hence why im washing it in the first place. not that i wouldnt if it wasnt dirty though... hahaha

but anyways. wipers are set in winter mode. they are not set too high. its so ice and snow doesnt get in there as bad. its glorious what a freakin owners manual will tell you.

its not that cheap... 600+ dollars. good beginner DSLR, sure... but with lenses he uses... Canon 70-200, 15mm fisheye, 28-70 its capable of basically everything.
only weaknesses are that its only 6.3mp compared to 8.x something of a 20d, and it isn't as clean at higher ISO's

well, last I saw they were in the high 500 range at buydig.com..they don't seem to be selling them anymore. and that's cheap for a D-SLR. I know about cameras too..I'm looking into getting a 20D w/Canon's triple rebate program, just need to figure out what lenses I want. I was thinking about the XT, but from what I've heard, it's quite small in one's hands, so it might be uncomfortable. I wasn't dissing the 300D or anything, I've seen many really nice pictures taken with them.. ( www.pbase.com/burger_bmx ) for example
