Default How to get power from stock hu to aftermarket amp?

I know this has probly been asked many times before, but I have been searching and cant really find what I am looking for. I need to know how to get a signal from my stock stereo to my amp for a sub. If I used a hi/low converter wouldn't I have to steal the signal from 2 of my speakers? Or can you just tap into the signal for say the 2 rear speakers and have the rear speakers and the hi/low converter running off the same signal? Any help would be great!

Sounds good to me
If you want to be really white about it, I would purchase a 71-1761, and a 70-1761, tie those two together with the converter so you wouldn't have to splice factory wires .

I would reccomend that you use the rear channels for the subs so you can have a faux subwoofer control... Fade front less bass fade rear more bass...
good luck with the install
