Default Kaminari bodykit downforce

Hello out there, I had a quick question about the kaminari kit. those that have one, have you ever had a problem with the front stock guards on the bottom of the car? I know they are attached on the stock OEM bodykits, but they are not attached at all to the front kaminari bumper. Has anyone ever had trouble with wind going through the front bumper, forcing their splash guards to push down from the force of the wind? I have noticed that traveling at high speeds, (80mph) and its making me parinoid. anyone with the kaminari bodykit have suggestions? BTW I also have the fiberglass cowl hood and everything else is the poly urethane.

Thanks guys!

You can either use matal strips to attach it to the bumper or remove the undertray all together. Prolly the only choices you have too. I hav eto make this decision for my xB and it's new bodykit.

Yeah, me and the bodyshop were having a tough time with that problem. But its all fixed now.. I haven't went up to 80mph yet (style babying the TC), but it sounds great. No noise, no nothing. The only problem i have is being parinoid about bottoming out on every single stupid bump in the road. Gawd I hate Nashville streets!

Upora, how did you end up fixing it? just attach a piece of light metal reinforcing it to the bumper?

Well i think they just reinforced it with bolts and more plastic clips they had laying around. What i'd do in the meantime is buy some zip ties and tighten the holes on the edge of the black plastic. that should loose some of the noise. i don't know how they actually got rid of the noise coming from the bottom near the front vender well.
