Can anybody tell me what the proper lbs/ft is on the front strurts for mounting a front strut brace 3 nuts on each side of the strut and and also the proper torque setting applied to the rear struts as well for mounthing the rear bar as well.. any info would be great. thank you..

 

i jus usualy tighten them by hand... but from other cars.. i believe 40lbs is a good amount

 

DC strut bar instructions say 43 ft. lbs.

 

i wouldnt go higher than 40 and be cautious even then. i snaped one of the bolts off of my ss-p's using 40

 

ended up just estimating how tight the stock bolts felt and did the same when back on. I have Greddy front and still waiting on rear to get shipped

BTW, the recommended torque setting is 38 ft lbs.
