is there any wheel and tire packages out the for 800 that are worth is? i dont want to waste my money if i decide to upgrade the wheels.

$800 is pretty cheap for rims and tires. You could get some fairly decent rims without tires for around $800 give or take, but not both. That is, if you want it to be worth your money. Of course, prices are going to depend on size of rim, width of rim, what tires so on so forth. A lot goes in on it, but as an average people will probably spend around $1,200-$1,500 for a nice set of rims and tires. Of course, you can get sets cheaper for $800 with tires but they will be sort of cheap.

Best thing to do is wait it out and save some more.
