Default Stylus' Exhaust Installed!! Now with Video!!!

Well I know that a lot of people have been wanting to see a pic of the axle back so here it is!! I took and put a 2 1/4" pipe coming from the stock resinator back. Coming out of the header it looks like a 2" pipe so I figured that it wouldn't make a huge difference if I replaced all that with a 2 1/4" pipe. Anyway, here are the pics!!

Check the video here:

Let me know what you think!!!

It's more important if you tell us what you think

Looks great as always but did YOU feel any difference?

Do you have an intake? How does it sound when you jump on the gas?

I'm going to make a sound copy of it later on so everyone can here it. It's a TON louder than I thought it'd be! Doesn't help that I changed some of the pipe. One of my buddies got one from him too and his isn't quite as loud as mine is. It's a nice throaty sound though, doesn't sound very ricey. I'll post a sound clip tonight.

As for power difference, I can't tell, I don't really get on it that often. Just the sound has to add 2 hp though.

Alright here's the link to some video of the exhaust with some sound. I skimped on the video but tried to keep the sound quality. Anyway here's the link:

I think it'll work. This is the first time I've used imagestation to upload a video clip. Test it out.

Wow. Sounds stock but louder. I like the idle sounds beefy. Cool!

Yeah, I saw, heard, and felt Bill's (ScionSpecialistVegas's) xB today. It has a nice deep rumble/purr sound to it. As he said, it's "not ricey". I like the way it looks, its a very clean tip. It also had very little acceleration lag in it. Im trying to get my brother (lvxb) to buy one for his now, I think it would sound great in conjunction with his Injen CAI.

The sticker's on the rear passanger side window! It is a bit louder than I barganed for. I don't know, my wife really hates the sound and what's this I hear that you're going to start doing an axle back for the autos??? What's the difference?

the muffler is bigger and takes more space, but the auto scions are quieter on the freeway. The first axle back is for manuel trannys. Got too many complaints and so I went back to the drawing board. :D

I personally love the sound on my auto. Everytime I start my car, a smile comes across my face, it sounds so good. As far as loudness at freeway speeds, it is to be expected...I've never heard anyone buy a Cobra and then complain b/c the exhaust is too loud on the highway. If you buy an exhaust to be deeper sounding and louder, then it's going to be louder on the highway too. Stylis, you da man bro. I'll have pics up tonight, luckily I took them yesterday after I washed it before the thunderstorm hit last night.

WHAT IS IT?!

nice exhaust, the can looks so tiny compared to mine, lol, it still sounds just as mean though. i got a silencer in mine and it sounds about the same as yours, if i take it out it's waaay too loud. i got the 6" round canister, cat back, same setup you got. just different can and probably different resonator.

nice work gabe... love how the pipe is black, i was wondering why you painted them. now i get it, i always see silver through my rear wheel, lol.

I can't tell you that! I'll give you a hint, there's not just 1 word, there's 3.
