so hows the exhaust sound?

 

Not loud at all. Has a low tone with little to no rasp. I was looking at the TRD Exhaust really hard, but when I read about the precisionmuffler.com Axle Back and saw how inexpensive it was, it really was a no-brainer. For the cost of the TRD Axle Back + shipping, I was able to get the precisionmuffler.com Axle Back AND lower my tC! Very good deal indeed IMHO! My tC is a daily driver, so I don't have an Intake or Header (yet? ).

y did u paint your tow hitch cover, really throws off the clean ness

 

It's not painted. I did a mod a while back where I covered my Scuff Plates with simulated CF overlay. I had extra, so I put it on my Tow Eyelet Cover. It comes right off. No offense, but I really don't see what the big deal is. (A lot of peeps ask me about it.) Its all about being original. That's just part of me being original.

hey, one of these days ill have to meet up so i can hear that exahust, im considering doing something for my Tc, any hp gains?

 

Cool. About the hp gains? I don't have an Intake or Header. So my gains ( ) are minimal. (1-2hp) Its not as loud as the TRD Exhaust. I guess the best way to describe the exhaust now is that it 'purrs'. Even at high speeds its pretty quiet. That's what I was exactly looking for anyways; something not annoying or one of those exhausts that you can hear from a block away. Something that makes the tC sound a little bit more beefier than stock.

 

yeah, i hear you.......are you planning an intake? i just did a K&N drop in filter not sure of the gains vs. a CAI, but i dont want to mess with all that anymore......
