I've got yellow overlays on my foglights, and I HATE them now!

I want to remove them and throw on some smoked, but they are being little biches... so hard to get em off with a blade.

Anyone have any tips on this?

Much respek!

Try soaking them with some water or something. Like... a spray bottle maybe.

yup hair dryer or heat gun, then use thinner to take off remaining residue, i know, i get extra bucks from taking off those vinyl ads from cars.

yup, hairdryer should do the trick. Slowly peel off :).

Hey, i know this is a bit of a old topic...but i just picked up a set of yellow foglights from ebay (the lower grille kind) and they are yellow...i assume they are like an overlay tint, as the above poster had, is there a quick way to check for sure? I'd love to get rid of that tint asap!
