On tues the 21st i will be taking my 06 xb to an injen shop and they will be test fitting it to see if the short ram will clear to fit the 06....they are not sure because the hoses on the 05 are way diff from the new 06....will post the news on tues!!!!

I put an Injen short ram intake on my 06 xB, had no problems but with one little custom piece i had to do, because of the VSV. I had no problems with hose's or anything. Here's my thread on putting it in my own car.

Same here. I installed a "2005" AEM CAI on my '06 Box. The only variation I ran into was the mounting of the VSV. I just added a small "L" bracket to the supplied bracket to ensure that the VSV it was oriented per the factory location. Everything else was the same.

So it won't be a big deal to fit the Injen to an '06.
